ASER Construction PLC is recruiting qualified candidates for 16 positions in construction, real estate, procurement, finance, administration, mechanics, electrical work, public relations, and related functions. The vacancies are based in Addis Ababa and project locations and range from entry and technical positions to senior and managerial roles.

Available Job Positions

1. Transistor

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Management, Accounting, or Economics.

Experience:

• 2–4 years of work experience in import.

2. Senior Secretary

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or a related field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of direct experience in an import company and/or construction company.

3. Accountant

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Accounting.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of work experience in finance as a General Accountant.

4. Procurement Officer

Number Required: 2

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, ICT, or a related field.

Experience:

• 4 years of direct experience in construction companies.

5. Public Relation Officer

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience:

• 4 years and above.

Additional Requirement:

• Video editing and photography exposure is mandatory.

6. Trainer and Examiner of Operator and Driver

Qualification:

• BSc Degree and above in General Mechanics, Auto Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a driver, heavy equipment operator, and in a similar training and examination role.

7. Senior Office Engineer (Real Estate)

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction and Technology Management, or a relevant related field.

Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in a real estate construction company.

8. Concrete Pump Operator and Driver

Qualification:

• Grade 8 and above.

Driver's License:

• Valid driver's license required.

Experience:

• 6 years and above.

9. Senior Office Engineer (Plant and Production)

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction and Technology Management, or a relevant related field.

Experience:

• 6–8 years of experience in plant, HCB, and tiles production construction companies.

10. Project Secretary

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or a related field.

Experience:

• 6 years and above of experience in a construction company.

11. Senior Mechanic

Number Required: 3

Qualification:

• Level III and above in General Mechanics, Auto Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 8 years and above.

12. Senior Industrial Electrician

Number Required: 2

Qualification:

• Level III and above in Electricity or a related field.

Experience:

• 8 years and above of experience in a construction company.

13. Local Purchase Section Head

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a relevant related field.

Experience:

• 10 years and above.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in the construction industry.

14. Insurance Division Head

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• A law degree with insurance specialization is also highly valued.

Experience:

• 10 years and above.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in the construction industry.

15. Senior Accountant

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Accounting.

Experience:

• 10 years and above of experience in a construction company.

16. Building and Real-estate Department Manager

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction and Technology Management, or a relevant related field.

Experience:

• 10 years and above of work experience at managerial level in the real estate industry.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in a real estate company.
