Position: Intern – Techno Functional Consultant
Job Summary
The Intern Techno Functional Consultant will join Ashewa’s Smart ERP and digital transformation team, supporting ERP implementation projects by bridging business requirements with technical solutions. This role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about business processes, ERP systems, and technology consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from clients
- Support ERP implementation and customization activities
- Assist in requirement analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation
- Configure ERP modules (HR & Payroll, Inventory, Accounting & Finance, Procurement, CRM & Sales)
- Conduct system testing and report issues
- Prepare user manuals, training materials, and project documentation
- Provide first‑level support during implementation and post‑deployment phases
- Assist in user training sessions and client onboarding
- Support data migration and validation activities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for successful project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
- Recent graduate (Class of 2024 or later)
