Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Architecture.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in architectural design and supervision.

Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, building codes, sustainable design preferred.

Senior Architect

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in design and construction supervision.

Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM certification, sustainable design.

Structural Engineer

Education: BSc/MSc in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.

Experience: Minimum 4 years in structural design and analysis.

Skills: ETABS, CSI SAFE, load calculations, building codes.

Senior Structural Engineer

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization preferred).

Experience: Minimum 10 years in structural engineering and supervision.

Skills: ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM certification.
