Since commencing operations on July 1, 2016, Ethio Re has been transacting both life and non-life businesses. With a strong capital base and retrocession protection from world-renowned reinsurers, Ethio Re provides comprehensive reinsurance cover to domestic insurers and selectively accepts international business.
Position: Auditor
The Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in Ethio Re’s financial and IT systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years directly related experience in (Re)insurance
- Mandatory: IT Audit experience
- Preferred: Qualifications in Information Technology
Experience & Skills
- Strong background in auditing within the insurance/reinsurance sector
- Knowledge of IT systems and audit processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
