💼 Available Positions
1. Branch Manager Class IV – Interest Free Banking (IFB) Branch

Qualification: BA in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics

Experience: Minimum 8 years in banking, including 3 years in a supervisory role; IFB experience preferred

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch operations
- Ensure compliance with banking procedures and IFB practices
- Drive branch sales and customer service initiatives
- Prepare annual budgets, operational plans, and progress reports

Location: IFB Branches, Addis Ababa
2. Branch Manager – Class II Branch

Qualification: BA in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics

Experience: Minimum 10 years in banking, including 3 years in a supervisory role

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and control branch activities
- Ensure compliance with banking procedures and regulations
- Lead branch sales and customer service excellence
- Prepare budgets, operational plans, and reports

Location: Gambella Branch – Gambella Town
