Job Purpose
The Senior HR Officer will support human resource management activities, recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and HR policy implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Human Resource Management
- Public Administration
- Or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably within a microfinance institution.
Required Skills
- HRIS and payroll software management
- Ethiopian labor law and employee relations
- Recruitment and talent acquisition

Salary and Benefits
- Starting from ETB 34,000 plus applicable allowances.
