Position 2: Senior HR Officer
Education
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Microfinance Institution

- HRIS and payroll software management
- Labor law and employee relations
- High-volume recruitment strategies

Position 3: Senior Risk & Compliance Officer
Education
- BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Law, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal control within financial institutions
