📌 Job Summary

Bajira Health Care Product and Service PLC, a leading wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical products in Ethiopia, is seeking External Pharmaceutical Salespersons to strengthen its distribution network and expand market coverage.

The role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to retail pharmacies, drug stores, clinics, and hospitals, while building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Identify and establish new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and performance indicators.
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or distribution (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Ethiopia’s pharmaceutical market and supply chain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas.
