As the software department in Al Tina, we seek to expand our market in Ethiopia and hire a local Sales Engineer (Software and ERP) to help us achieve our goals.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop the sales strategy and plan for the software division in cooperation with management.

Deliver presentations to prospective clients.

Identify and source potential clients through various channels.

Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create effective marketing content.

Maintain strong and ongoing relationships between the company and clients.

Provide recommendations to the development team based on client needs and market trends.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 years of sales experience, preferably in software and digital transformation, specifically ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems and software.
- Familiarity with business and enterprise management software and their applications such as Odoo is a big plus.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Commitment to working according to ethical principles and focusing on the client's best interest.

Technical knowledge or background preferred.
- Proficiency in either English or Arabic is as highly needed.
