Position 1: Junior HR Officer

Education: BA in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in HR (FMCG sector preferred)
Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Familiarity with HR systems
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent attention to detail

📍 Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Digital Marketing Manager

Experience: 5+ years in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Digital Communications (agency experience preferred)
Core Expertise:

• Digital campaigns, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, analytics
• Campaign execution and digital advertising

Creative Skills:

• Strong portfolio in graphic design and content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Photography, videography, and motion graphics are a plus

Analytics Tools:

• Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, social listening tools

Key Competencies:

• Strategic thinking, creativity, commercial awareness
• Communication, stakeholder management, project management
• Data‑driven decision‑making and results orientation
