Available Positions

1️⃣ Junior Data Analyst

• Education: BA in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, MIS, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years in data analysis, reporting, or BI (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Skills: Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query), Power BI, SQL/Python/Tableau basics.
• Attributes: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

2️⃣ Internal Audit Officer

• Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Business Administration, Management, MIS, IT, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in internal/external audit, compliance, or risk management.
• Skills: Internal control frameworks, inventory auditing, ERP systems, MS Excel.
• Attributes: Strong investigative and report‑writing skills.

3️⃣ Stock Control Officer

• Education: BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, MIS, IT, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations.
• Skills: ERP systems, inventory software, MS Excel.
• Attributes: Accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

4️⃣ HR & People Welfare Coordinator

• Education: BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Psychology, or Public Administration.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR, employee relations, or welfare programs.
• Skills: Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws, employee engagement, MS Office.
• Attributes: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5️⃣ Sales & Distribution Officer

• Education: BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, MIS, IT, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales/distribution (telecom or FMCG preferred).
• Skills: Channel distribution management, negotiation, relationship building.
• Attributes: Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets, willingness to travel.

6️⃣ Senior Finance Officer

• Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance, auditing, FP&A, or financial management.
• Skills: Financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, ERP systems, MS Excel (advanced).
• Attributes: Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.
