1️⃣ Customer Service Officer I
Qualification:
- TVET IV or BA in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
- TVET IV: Minimum 6 years relevant experience in microfinance
- BA Degree: No prior experience required
- Skills in community mobilization, loan disbursement, repayment follow‑up, savings mobilization, and loan portfolio management

2️⃣ Teller I
Qualification:
- TVET IV or BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Management, or related fields
Experience:
- TVET IV: Minimum 6 years relevant experience in cash handling, reconciliations, and record‑keeping in financial institutions
- BA Degree: No prior experience required
Location: Adama
3️⃣ Accountant I
Qualification:
- BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or Business Management
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years relevant experience in accounting and financial management
- Prior cashier experience at branch level preferred
Location: Adama
4️⃣ Branch Manager I
Qualification:
- BA/MBA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years proven experience as Customer Service Officer or equivalent supervisory role
- Strong background in loan management, portfolio monitoring, and customer service delivery
