1. Receptionist
   • Qualification: Diploma / Level IV / Level III in IT, Secretarial Science, or related fields
   • Experience: Minimum 1 year
   • Duty Station: Head Office
2. Accounts Clerk
   • Qualification: Diploma / Level IV in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields + COC Certified
   • Experience: Not required
   • Duty Station: Head Office
3. Secretary / Cashier
   • Qualification: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years
   • Duty Station: Addis Ababa City Branches
4. Senior Training Officer
   • Qualification: BA / MA / MBA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Leadership, or related fields
   • Experience: 5 years (BA) / 3 years (MA); Insurance experience advantageous
   • Duty Station: Head Office
5. Content & Graphics Officer II
   • Qualification: BA Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields
   • Experience: 3 years (Degree) / 5 years (Diploma)
   • Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, UI/UX, generative AI tools, video editing, teamwork, time management
   • Duty Station: Head Office
6. Underwriting Officer II
   • Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
   • Experience: Minimum 4 years as Underwriter
   • Duty Station: Arba Minch Branch
7. Senior Auditor
   • Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting
   • Experience: Minimum 6 years; Insurance industry experience advantageous
   • Duty Station: Head Office
8. Branch Manager I
   • Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
   • Experience: Minimum 6 years in insurance operations, including 3 years in senior positions
   • Duty Station: Addis Ababa City Branches
