Available Positions

1️⃣ Underwriting Officer II

  • Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years as an Underwriter.
  • Duty Stations: Addis Ababa City Branch / Arba Minch Branch.

2️⃣ Legal Officer I

  • Qualification: LLB Degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
  • Duty Station: Head Office.

3️⃣ Senior Secretary

  • Qualification: Diploma/Advanced Diploma/BA in Secretarial Science, Office Management, IT, or related fields.
  • Experience: 6 years (BA), 9 years (Advanced Diploma), 11 years (Diploma).
  • Duty Station: Head Office.

4️⃣ Senior Training Officer

  • Qualification: BA/MA/MBA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Leadership, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years (BA), 3 years (MA) in financial institutions.
  • Duty Station: Head Office.

5️⃣ Content & Graphics Officer II

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3 years (Degree), 5 years (Diploma).
  • Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, UI/UX, generative AI tools, video editing.
  • Duty Station: Head Office.

6️⃣ Senior Auditor

  • Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Accounting & Finance or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in audit, preferably in insurance operations.
  • Duty Station: Head Office.

7️⃣ Branch Manager I

  • Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in insurance operations, including 3 years in senior positions.
  • Duty Stations: Addis Ababa City Branch / Dire Dawa Branch.

8️⃣ Cleaner / Messenger

  • Qualification: 10th/12th Grade complete.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
  • Duty Stations: Head Office / Addis Ababa City Branches.
