1. Forklift Operator

Job Location: Hawassa, Ethiopia

Qualification Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Completion of Grade 8.
• A valid forklift operator certificate or license.
• At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift or similar heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of forklift safety regulations and operational guidelines.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials and maintaining records.
• Ability to work independently and follow operational instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and record keeping.

2. Packaging Manager

Job Location: Hawassa, Ethiopia

Qualification Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant technical or function-specific work experience beyond the required academic qualification.
• Basic knowledge of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) processes.
• Knowledge of Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) development and compliance monitoring.
• Understanding of Ethiopian environmental laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 environmental management systems and environmental auditing.
• Experience or capability in providing training.
