Educational Qualification

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Procurement
- Compliance
- Audit
- Internal Control
- Vendor Management
- Administration
- Related fields
Required Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and document review skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and electronic workflow systems.

- Basic troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of computerized database management systems.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and technology.
- Advanced English communication skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).

Position 3: Packaging Manager
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Environmental Science
- Environmental Engineering
- Related field
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Relevant professional experience appropriate for the position.
- Basic knowledge of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) processes.
- Knowledge of Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) development and compliance monitoring.
- Familiarity with Ethiopian environmental laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and environmental auditing.
- Training delivery skills.
