Job Summary

BLU Natural Spring Water Bottling is seeking motivated and results-oriented Salespersons to promote and sell the company's products, develop new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Successful candidates will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, expanding the customer base, monitoring market activities, and ensuring effective product availability and visibility across assigned sales territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit customers regularly and collect sales orders.
  • Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility at customer outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
  • Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.
  • Report customer complaints and provide market feedback.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales and market activity reports.
  • Support promotional campaigns and market activation activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • No prior sales experience required (0 years).
  • Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is advantageous.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work toward sales targets.
  • Persistence, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Knowledge of the assigned sales territory is an advantage.
