BMK is now inviting qualified applicants for the following positions:

1️⃣ Junior Knitting Machine Mechanic (6 Positions)

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring the continuous operation of knitting machines, performing minor repairs, and conducting routine maintenance to ensure minimal downtime in production.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma (TVET Level IV/V) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, General Mechanics, or related fields
• Experience: 0–3 years (Fresh graduates encouraged)

Skills Required

• Mechanical and electrical engineering basics
• Strong problem‑solving and technical support skills
• Ability to monitor machine performance and progress toward production goals

2️⃣ Junior Technical Supervisor (1 Position)

Job Summary

Oversee production processes, supervise junior staff, and ensure adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency within the textile unit.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma (TVET Level III, IV, or V) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology
• Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates highly encouraged)
• Eligibility: Open only to graduates from 2015 E.C. (2022/23 G.C.) onwards

• Strong interest in assembling/disassembling machine components
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Teamwork and proactive attitude
• Strict adherence to factory regulations and OHS safety protocols
• Effective communication and multitasking ability
