Position: Branch Sales & Customer Service Officer

Qualification: BA Degree in Economics/Business Management/Management/Accounting or related fields.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant banking experience.

Core Competencies: Sales & Marketing, Customer Orientation, Continuous Improvement, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving, Effective Communication, and Teamwork.

Knowledge of Bank’s products & services.Practical experience in digital banking.
