🔹 Position 1: Head of English & School Education, Ethiopia

📍 Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
💰 Salary: ETB 135,068/month
📄 Contract: 3-Year Fixed Term (Locally Engaged)

✅ Essential Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in English, Education, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven experience managing education projects
• Experience with externally funded programmes
• Solid knowledge of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) frameworks and applying lessons to strategy
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including donors, multilateral agencies, and government officials

🔹 Position 2: Regional Senior Marketing Manager – Arts

🌐 Location Options: Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, or Zambia
📄 Contract: 2-Year Fixed Term

✅ Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Marketing experience in arts, culture, education, or nonprofit sectors
• Skilled in multi-channel digital marketing, including paid campaigns
• Proven ability to design and implement effective marketing strategies
• Experience in audience engagement across various platforms
• Strong background in campaign evaluation and analytics
