1. Climate and Nature Programme and Policy Officer

Qualifications & Skills (Essential):
- Fluent in English and Amharic (written & oral)
- Experience in climate and nature policy, including climate finance and carbon markets
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
- Excellent teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability
- Solid understanding of Ethiopian climate and nature policies
- Strong analytical and data presentation skills using IT tools
- Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)

Desirable: Programme delivery or project management experience
