Position: Scholarship & Communications Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of communications strategies for CBM’s Inclusive Health Initiative (IHI).
- Produce communications outputs including case studies, social media content, website updates, and publications.
- Support internal teams with thought leadership and external publications.
- Coordinate the full scholarship cycle: applications, selection, onboarding, documentation, and communication with trainees and institutions.
- Serve as the central link between CBM teams, universities, partners, and government stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records including scholarship databases, contracts, academic progress, and financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, International Development, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in communications, preferably in international development, health, or innovation.
- Strong editorial and writing skills with proven experience producing high‑quality publications.
- Experience managing communications for multi‑stakeholder partnerships; scholarship programme experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in digital communications platforms, social media, and content production tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Commitment to disability inclusion and safeguarding principles.
- Identification with CBM’s Christian values and mission.
