Position: Area Sales Manager
Education:
- First Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Sales & Marketing within FMCG
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role (Key Account Management, Area Sales Management, or related leadership position)
- Valid minimum Auto/Dry 1 driving license required
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of FMCG sales practices, RTM principles, and market execution standards
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship building
- Results‑driven with determination to achieve targets despite setbacks
- Effective communication across multiple formats and styles
- Proficiency in digital sales platforms and interpreting sales reports
