Position 1: Regional Sales Manager
Education:
- First Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within FMCG, including 3 years in a management role
- Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team
- Experience working cross‑functionally with Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams
- Strong customer relationship management, particularly with key accounts
Functional Capabilities:
- Sales leadership
- Coaching and team development
- Customer engagement and sales execution
- Third‑party distribution management
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Associate Legal Counsel
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B)
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years post‑qualification experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably in a multinational or regulated industry
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian commercial law, labor law, and regulatory frameworks
- Solid understanding of substantive and procedural laws within Ethiopia’s legal system
- Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Litigation management and dispute resolution experience
- Background in corporate/commercial legal practice
- Regulatory compliance and legal risk management expertise
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and legal reasoning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication for legal documentation and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work effectively in complex or regulated business environments
