Qualification & Experience
- MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 12 years (BSc) / 10 years (MSc) of relevant work experience.
- Minimum 4 years in a Senior Management role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise‑wide project management frameworks aligned with strategic goals.
- Develop and prioritize IT project portfolios supporting digital transformation.
- Drive transition from traditional project management to Agile methodologies.
- Define governance, performance metrics, and success criteria for Agile/hybrid delivery.
- Establish Agile Centers of Excellence and promote training initiatives.
- Oversee business analysis functions to ensure stakeholder engagement and accurate requirements gathering.
