Open Positions

1. Maintenance Engineer

  • Education:
    • B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Diploma in Electronics (repair/maintenance) may be considered with relevant experience.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2–4 years in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance.
    • Familiarity with major ATM brands (NCR, GRG, etc.).
  • Location: Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, Mekele, Adama, Hawasa, Bahirdar, Gondar, Jimma, Hosaina, Arba Minch, Dessie, Debre Birhan, Harar

2. Workshop Manager

  • Education:
    • B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, OR
    • Master’s Degree (MIS or Engineering Management).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 8–10 years in ATM/electronic equipment repair and maintenance.
    • At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role leading workshop teams.
  • Preferred Certifications: Training in Quality Management or Lean Maintenance practices.
  • Location: Addis Ababa

3. Branch Manager I

  • Education: B.A. in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or other business‑related fields.
  • Experience: 4 years of related work experience, of which 2 years at Job Grade 7.
  • Competencies:
    • Strong knowledge of business and financial management practices.
    • Knowledge of company financial policies and regulations.
    • Ability to motivate, coordinate, and direct subordinates.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic computer application skills.
  • Location: Mettu

4. Senior Maintenance Engineer (ATM Workshop)

  • Education:
    • B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
    • Diploma in Electronics or technical training in ATM repairs with extensive experience.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 4–6 years in ATM/electronic equipment repair and maintenance.
    • Experience with major ATM brands (NCR, GRG, etc.).
  • Location: Addis Ababa
