Craft Technologies is hiring Field Sales Agents in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to recruit and onboard qualified drivers to its platform.

The role focuses on driver recruitment, customer acquisition, field sales, registration, and onboarding. Earnings are performance-based and determined by approved and activated driver registrations.

Field Sales Agent

Number of Positions: 10
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Compensation: Performance-based / commission-based

Job Summary

The Field Sales Agent will identify, recruit, and onboard qualified drivers to the company's platform. The position involves engaging prospective drivers in the field, promoting the company's services, assisting with document collection and registration, and following up until successful driver activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective drivers in assigned areas.
• Promote the company's driver recruitment program and services.
• Explain the registration process and relevant driver requirements.
• Collect and verify required driver registration documents.
• Assist applicants with completing registration forms accurately.
• Submit complete driver applications through the registration system.
• Follow up with applicants until their accounts are approved and activated.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve incomplete or rejected applications.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, registrations, approvals, and activations.
• Participate in scheduled meetings, training, and field activities.
• Work toward assigned driver recruitment targets.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with prospective drivers.
• Report relevant market feedback and field observations.

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma / Grade 12 completion.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or field operations is preferred.
• Experience in the transportation or ride-hailing industry is an advantage.

Technical Requirements

• Basic smartphone and mobile application skills.
• Ability to use online registration systems.
• Good knowledge of Addis Ababa roads and major driver gathering locations.

Driver Registration Documents

• Valid driving license

The position is commission-based, with earnings determined by approved and activated driver registrations.
