Position: Graduate Civil Engineer (Structural Engineer)
Role Purpose:
CRTEC is seeking motivated Graduate Civil Engineers to join its Addis Ababa office. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to build a career in structural engineering while working on industrial and infrastructure projects with an international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural construction drawings based on calculation models.
- Develop drawings for factory civil structures, steel workshops, and industrial buildings.
- Design equipment foundations, pipe racks, and pipe support systems.
- Produce accurate AutoCAD drawings compliant with project specifications.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to deliver drawings on schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience: Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Academic Standing: Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above.

Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structural design.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Preferred Knowledge: Exposure to reinforced concrete design, steel structures, industrial structures, equipment foundations, and structural detailing.
