China Rail Transit Engineering Consultancy (CRTEC) is a leading engineering consultancy firm operating in Ethiopia. The company is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Fresh Accountant (Female) to join its Addis Ababa office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in accounting while supporting liaison duties when required.

Position: Fresh Accountant (Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and financial reports.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Support monthly and annual financial reporting activities.
• Assist with tax and regulatory documentation when required.
• Coordinate with banks, government offices, and external organizations for liaison duties.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance.
• Experience: Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Minimum CGPA: 2.8 or above.
• Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Honesty, responsibility, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
