1. Cashier
Location: Addis Ababa
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree or College Diploma Level IV in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- ½ year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer (Junior CSO).
Salary: Competitive salary based on the institution's salary scale.
2. Customer Service Officer II
Required Number: 2
Location: Addis Ababa
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree or College Diploma Level IV in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- 3/5 years of experience as a Branch Customer Service Officer I (Branch CSO I).
Salary: Competitive salary based on the institution's salary scale.
3. Legal Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Educational Qualification:
- LLM or LLB in Law.
Work Experience:
- 2/4/6 years of relevant work experience.
- 1/2 years of experience in a Junior Legal Officer position.
Salary: Competitive salary based on the institution's salary scale.
4. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Addis Ababa
Educational Qualification:
- Must meet the educational requirements prescribed by the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE).
Work Experience:
- 8/10 years of relevant work experience, as applicable under NBE requirements.
- At least 6 years of experience in a leadership position in microfinance or banking operations.
Salary: Competitive salary based on the institution's salary scale.
