Job Summary

Dashen Bank is seeking a Branch Business Relationship Manager – IFB to lead business development activities across branches under the West Addis Ababa District. The role focuses on attracting, deepening, and managing financial relationships to achieve deposit and Interest Free Financing & Investment growth goals, while promoting other banking products and services to enhance customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead branch business development activities
• Manage IFB deposit, financing, and investment growth targets
• Promote and sell Dashen Bank products and services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with Shari’ah principles and IFB operations
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to branch teams
• Identify and mitigate risks while driving service excellence
• Leverage digital tools to enhance customer experience and efficiency

Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related fields
• Diploma/Certificate in Islamic Banking or Finance is an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in banking or financial services

Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of IFB operations, Shari’ah principles, and associated risks
• Experience in modern sales and marketing practices in financial services
• Networking skills for customer acquisition and retention
• Background in credit, risk management, and compliance
• Project management and leadership skills
• Emotional intelligence, decisiveness, and digital savviness
