Qualifications

Education: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar sales role (real estate experience mandatory)
Technical Competencies
- Strong patience and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical ability to evaluate properties for clients
- High‑quality customer service delivery
- Proficiency in real estate software and digital tools
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients and offer property consultancy services
- Prepare and present business proposals to secure consulting deals
- Assess client property needs and conduct market research for profitable investment areas
- Analyze housing trends and identify suitable properties for clients
- Show commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advise on suitability and value
- Develop and implement strategies to increase property value for clients
- Identify and acquire new customers while upselling and cross‑selling to existing ones
- Convince clients to purchase apartments from the company
- Consistently meet revenue goals aligned with team and organizational objectives
- Promote the company’s goodwill and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales status
