1. Site Engineer (Customer Service Delegate)
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related sales position is preferred/required according to the vacancy announcement.
- Strong understanding of construction, building materials, technical drawings, and basic site operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently present properties and project sites to clients.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Proactive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work at project sites and interact directly with clients.
- Strong relationship-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
The role combines civil engineering/site knowledge with direct customer engagement. Responsibilities include:
- Presenting properties and project sites to prospective clients.
- Communicating with clients and addressing their needs during site visits.
- Using knowledge of construction, building materials, drawings, and site operations when engaging with customers.
- Supporting property and real estate sales activities.
- Maintaining follow-up and relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Working toward assigned customer and sales targets.
2. Senior Accountant
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of the required experience must be in a senior role.
- Experience in a real estate or construction environment is advantageous.
- Proven track record related to successful tax audits.
