Job Description

The Customer Care / Receptionist will support customers and visitors while providing professional reception and customer service. The position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, computer literacy, and the ability to travel around the Summit and Ayat areas as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Grade 10 or higher educational qualification.
• At least 1 year of work experience in the same sector.

• Ability to speak Afaan Oromo and Amharic.
