About the Role

Craft Technologies is seeking a creative, analytical, and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and display networks
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies
• Apply general marketing principles including branding, customer behavior, and market positioning
• Integrate traditional marketing concepts with digital strategies to support business goals

Qualifications

Education

• BA Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related role

Skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads)
• Experience in content creation, SEO, and social media management
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative, analytical, and proactive mindset
