Position Summary
Position: Junior Pharmacist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Job Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines in accordance with good dispensing practices.
- Ensure medications are dispensed accurately and safely based on the prescriber's instructions.
- Review patient information and medication history before dispensing.
- Maintain professional and ethical pharmacy practice standards.
- Follow pharmacy opening, closing, inventory management, and record-keeping procedures.
- Process medication orders accurately and in accordance with established protocols.
- Report dispensing incidents or medication errors promptly and support corrective actions.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries while following company procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.

0–1 year of dispensing experience.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy-related software and order processing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
