1. Teaching Assistants (KG to Grade 8)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related fields
- Strong communication skills in English & Amharic
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and maintain professionalism
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email)

2. Kindergarten Coordinator
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience in KG/EYFS
- Familiarity with British Curriculum (Pearson Edexcel) and EYFS framework (highly desirable)
- Proven leadership or coordination experience
Preferred Attributes:

- Proficiency in English; Amharic is an asset

3. Teacher (Primary & Middle School)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, BSc + PGDT, or related fields
- Teaching certification recognized by educational authorities
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Strong understanding of Pearson Edexcel curriculum and assessment standards
Preferred Attributes:
- Passion for teaching and student development
- Skilled in practical science teaching & lab safety
- Ability to differentiate instruction
- Proficiency in educational technology

4. School Nurse
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Valid Ethiopian nursing license
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience (pediatric/school health preferred)
- Knowledge of first aid, emergency care, health screening
- Strong organizational & record‑keeping skills
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in school or community health
- Compassionate, patient, and discreet
- Effective communication with children, parents, and staff
- Familiarity with international school health standards
- Proficiency in English & Amharic

5. General Manager – Operations, Administration & Compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related fields (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 7 years senior management experience (education or service‑oriented sector preferred)
- Strong background in budgeting, HR, facilities management, and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of Ethiopian labor, finance, and education laws
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in financial software & MS Office
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience managing multi‑campus operations
- International school or cross‑cultural experience
- Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
- Fluency in English & Amharic
