Job Requirements

• Education/Skills:
  • Strong skills in Real Estate Marketing and Sales
  • Knowledge of property and real estate market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in real estate sales (junior level)
  • Customer service and sales background preferred

Compensation

💰 Salary: ETB 17,500 (for experienced candidates)
📈 Commission: 3% – 4%
