Key Purpose
To drive effective and efficient Route to Market (RTM) execution across Ethiopia by optimizing distribution networks, customer coverage, and resource allocation. The role ensures product availability, cost efficiency, and sales growth through accurate data management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of RTM models.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review operational KPIs (Ordered vs Delivered, stock levels)
- Monitor distribution partner sustainability (P&L reviews, DOSA audits)
- Maintain accurate customer master data for reliable reporting
- Optimize customer visit scheduling for cost-effective operations
- Provide RTM proposals to improve sales and customer engagement
- Implement RTM simulations aligned with business goals
- Evaluate RTM setups and recommend improvements
- Conduct feasibility testing and simulations of RTM models
- Align RTM strategies with finance, HR, and sales teams
- Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback
Qualification & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields

Experience: 3–5 years in Logistics/Sales within FMCG; RTM experience advantageous

Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Ability to evaluate and recommend RTM solutions
- Problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
