Position Overview

The Senior Tendering & Estimation Officer is responsible for preparing accurate project budgets, estimating activity quantities, and developing responsive technical and financial proposals. This role requires strong analytical skills, market awareness, and the ability to safeguard the company’s commercial interests during tender processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of quantities and specifications from drawings
• Build rates with proper breakdowns, overheads, and profit margins
• Develop responsive technical and financial proposals
• Contact suppliers/subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
• Attend tender meetings and negotiations, ensuring company interests are preserved
• Prepare P&G spreads for all projects
• Utilize CSP formats effectively and appropriately
• Execute instructions from senior management and the Commercial Director

Qualification & Requirements

• Education: BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering or related field
• Career Level: Senior (5–8 years of experience)
• Skills: Strong analytical and estimation skills
