Essential Skills

• Knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
• Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within established procedures.
• Good organizational skills, including filing and administrative record management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and track drivers’ daily earnings.
• Process payroll.
• Enter financial data, record transactions, and reconcile accounts and supporting documents.
• Monitor accounts and ensure payments are processed correctly.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate and reliable financial records.
• Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve financial discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding accounting and payment matters.
