Requirements: Diploma or Degree in any field; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; basic computer proficiency (MS Office); strong customer service orientation; prior call center/customer service experience an advantage.

Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, record information accurately, and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 1+ years of relevant experience (private company preferred); strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations; proficiency in accounting software (Peachtree); advanced Excel skills; strong analytical/problem‑solving skills; integrity and attention to detail.
