🎓 Qualification Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields

- Basic knowledge of import/export procedures, declarations, and customs systems is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing import/export declaration documents
- Support logistics team in tracking shipments and coordinating with customs offices and free zone authorities
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, permits, and related documentation
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle basic office administration tasks (filing, correspondence, scheduling)
- Work with customs officials, freight forwarders, and clients as directed by senior staff
- Stay informed on current customs rules, regulations, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
