Qualifications
- BA degree in:

- Or a related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA:
- 3.00 for male applicants
- 2.75 for female applicants
- No prior work experience is required.
- Age requirement: 30.
- Exit Exam is mandatory.

2. Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B
Location: Gelemso
Qualifications and Experience
- BA degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
- 3.5 years of experience in banking operations.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Customer Service Officer or in an equivalent position.
3. Senior Customer Service Specialist
Location: Gelemso
Qualifications and Experience
- BA degree in:
- Accounting & Finance
- Banking & Finance
- Management
- Business Management
- Economics
- Marketing Management
- Or a related field
- 1.5 years of experience in banking operations.
- At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) position.
4. Branch Manager – Grade C
Location: Gelemso
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should meet one of the following educational and experience combinations:
MA/MBA
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- 6.5 years of experience for male candidates or 5.5 years for female candidates in the banking industry.
- At least 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
BA
- BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- 8.5 years of experience for male candidates or 7.5 years for female candidates in the banking industry.
- The specified experience should include the required experience in Customer Services Manager Grade B or Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A as applicable.
5. Senior Innovation & Business Research Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications and Experience
- BA, MBA, or MA in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5.5 years / 3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, as applicable to the stated qualification.
- Experience in the banking industry is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant officer position.
6. Senior Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications and Experience
- MBA, MA, or BA in:
- Economics
- Accounting
- Management
- Business Administration
- Management Information Systems
- Or a related field
- 3.5 years / 5.5 years of experience in banking operations, as applicable to the stated qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant officer position.
