Position 1: Branch Auditor
Job Summary
The Branch Auditor is responsible for conducting audit examinations, reviewing branch transactions, assessing internal control procedures, and carrying out investigations when required to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audit examinations of branch operations.
- Review transactions and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control procedures.
- Perform special investigations when required.
- Carry out other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification and Experience
Education:
- BA Degree in:
- Accounting
- Banking & Finance
- Business Administration
- Management
- Related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
- Banking industry experience is preferred.

Position 2: Branch Manager Grade C
Job Summary
The Branch Manager Grade C is responsible for the overall performance of the branch, ensuring effective customer service delivery, proper implementation of banking procedures, resource management, and achievement of branch targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee overall branch performance.
- Ensure effective delivery of customer services.
- Prepare and implement annual branch action plans.
- Manage available branch resources to achieve targets.
- Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit periodic branch performance reports.
Qualification and Experience
Education:
- MA/MBA Degree in:
- Banking & Finance
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Management
- Related fields
Experience:
For MA/MBA holders:
- Male applicants: Minimum 6.5 years of banking experience.
- Female applicants: Minimum 5.5 years of banking experience.
For BA Degree holders:
- Male applicants: Minimum 8.5 years of banking experience.
- Female applicants: Minimum 7.5 years of banking experience.
Additional experience requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years as Customer Service Manager Grade B; or
- 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
