Position Overview

Enat Bank is seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join as Branch Manager (Grade C). This leadership role involves managing branch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth in line with the Bank’s strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

• Education:
  • BA, MBA, or MA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or other related fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5.5 years (for BA holders) or 3.5 years (for MA/MBA holders) of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry.
  • At least 2 years of service at officer level in a relevant position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch operations effectively.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise and develop branch staff to achieve performance targets.
