Job Summary

The Junior Customer Service Specialist (IFB) is responsible for handling cash-related activities, processing payment instruments, managing domestic transfer transactions, and supporting branch customer service operations in accordance with the bank's procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and deliver physical cash to and from the Cash Administrator.
• Collect and verify original payment instruments against system records.
• Issue and sign payment instruments.
• Verify and validate incoming DRS transfers.
• Initiate outgoing DRS transfers.
• Exchange cash denominations and record the related transactions.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification and Experience Requirements

Educational Requirements

Applicants must hold a BA degree in one of the following fields or a related discipline:

• Business Administration
• Sales
• Marketing
• Economics

Minimum cumulative GPA:

• Male applicants: 3.00
