Position Overview

Ethio Telecom is seeking young, energetic, and customer‑focused graduates to serve as National ID Registration Agents. This role is designed to enhance customer experience while supporting Ethiopia’s national ID registration program.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Schooling: Completion of primary and secondary education (K‑12)
• Age: 18–30 years old
• Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing (mandatory)
• Training: Must be willing to take a pre‑training assessment and complete official enrollment registration training
