Available Positions
1️⃣ Fleet Maintenance Inspector – EER Group

Responsibilities: Inspect vehicles, ensure serviceability and roadworthiness, troubleshoot faults, prepare work orders, follow up outsourced maintenance, maintain records, and advise management on disposal and improvements.

Qualification: BSc Degree or Level V with COC in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive Stream), Automotive Technology Management, or Automotive Technology and Vehicle Management.

License: Mandatory 3rd grade, Public I, Dry, or equivalent driving license.
2️⃣ Fleet Maintenance Inspector – NEER Group

Responsibilities: Similar to EER Group role, with focus on fleet maintenance and fuel management. Includes inspections, preventive maintenance, accident record keeping, bid preparation, and quality control.

Qualification: BSc Degree or Level V with COC in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive Stream), Automotive Technology Management, or Automotive Technology and Vehicle Management.

License: Mandatory 3rd grade, Public I, Dry, or equivalent driving license.
3️⃣ Receptionist – Security Group (Arada)

Responsibilities: Welcome guests, provide requested information, screen calls and inquiries, support team efforts, and perform related front‑office duties.

Qualification: College Diploma (10+3), Level III or IV in Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations, Secretarial Science & Office Management, or related business fields.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, communication skills, teamwork, problem‑solving, and ability to work extended hours.

Language: Amharic and English proficiency required.
4️⃣ Sales Promoter – Telebirr & E‑Commerce (Arada)

Responsibilities: Promote Telebirr and E‑Commerce services, drive customer acquisition, support merchant onboarding, and represent Ethio Telecom’s brand.

Qualification: TVET Level III/IV, Diploma, or BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales or marketing preferred.

Eligibility: Applicants must be 30 years of age or younger. Both male and female candidates are eligible.

Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, English and Amharic proficiency, basic marketing techniques, and knowledge of Ethio Telecom’s offers.
