Position: Associate Language Instructor

Qualifications

• Option 1: BA Degree in English Language / Foreign Language & Literature from a recognized university/college with minimum 3 years’ experience as a Language Instructor.
• Option 2: MA Degree in English Language / Foreign Language & Literature from a recognized university/college with minimum 1 year experience as a Language Instructor.

Language Requirement

• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver language instruction to trainees and staff.
• Support curriculum development and training material preparation.
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Airlines’ training standards.
• Contribute to the airline’s language and communication development programs.
