Available Positions

1. Planning & Scheduling Expert
   • Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering with 9 years’ experience OR MSc in Project/Construction Management with 7 years’ experience.
   • Responsibilities: Create and update master schedules, analyze critical paths, integrate contractor schedules, and report delays/mitigation plans.
2. Geotechnical Engineer
   • Qualification: BSc in Geotechnical/Civil Engineering with 8 years’ experience (including 2 years in foundation design and soil mechanics).
   • Responsibilities: Review geotechnical reports, foundation designs, oversee soil stability, compaction testing, and manage sub-consultants.
3. Lawyer
   • Qualification: LL.B Degree with 5 years’ experience in construction or corporate law.
   • Responsibilities: Support contract review, prepare legal documentation, assist with regulatory compliance.
4. Document Controller (Supporting Facilities & Ancillary Buildings)
   • Qualification: BA in Information Management/Business Administration/Engineering with 5 years’ experience OR Diploma with 7 years.
   • Responsibilities: Manage project documentation using E-DMS, enforce version control, prepare handover packages.
5. Cost Controller
   • Qualification: MSc in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering with 9 years’ experience. Strong background in FIDIC contract pricing.
   • Responsibilities: Develop and maintain cost models, track expenditures, provide monthly cost reports and cash flow projections.
6. Cash Flow Specialist
   • Qualification: BA in Finance/Accounting with 9 years’ experience in cash flow management for large projects.
   • Responsibilities: Manage project cash flow forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
7. Document Controller (Early Works & Offsite Links)
   • Qualification: BA in Information Management/Business Administration/Engineering with 5 years’ experience OR Diploma with 7 years.
   • Responsibilities: Handle project documentation, enforce PMO procedures, prepare archiving packages.
8. Hydrologist
   • Qualification: BSc in Civil/Water Resources Engineering or Hydrology with 5 years’ experience.
   • Responsibilities: Review hydrological studies, oversee stormwater drainage systems, ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
9. Media Monitoring & Feedback Officer
   • Qualification: BA in Journalism/PR with 5 years’ experience.
   • Responsibilities: Monitor media coverage, analyze public feedback, prepare perception reports.
10. IT Expert
    • Qualification: BSc in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering with 5 years’ experience.
    • Responsibilities: Manage deployment and support of project software, troubleshoot IT systems, maintain LAN connectivity, implement security protocols.
11. Disbursement Expert
    • Qualification: BA in Finance/Accounting with 9 years’ experience in financial control and disbursement.
    • Responsibilities: Manage project disbursements, ensure compliance with contracts and financial policies.
12. Communication Officer
    • Qualification: BA in PR/Communication with 5 years’ experience.
    • Responsibilities: Develop communication materials, manage media relations, support PR campaigns.
13. Document Controller (Main Buildings, GTC & ATC)
    • Qualification: BA in Information Management/Business Administration/Engineering with 5 years’ experience OR Diploma with 7 years.
    • Responsibilities: Manage project documentation, enforce version control, prepare final handover packages.
14. Senior Surveyor
    • Qualification: BSc in Surveying/Geomatics/Civil Engineering with 9 years’ experience (including 2 years as Senior Surveyor).
    • Responsibilities: Establish geodetic control networks, oversee survey activities, verify cut/fill calculations, proficient in GPS/GNSS and laser scanning.

Language Requirement

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable.
